LIFE...WHAT IS THE POINT?!?!?

That question has haunted generations for ages. What really is all this for? Why are we here? What is the meaning of life?

The world has tried to answer those questions, without any luck. The Bible even weighs in on the matter, but you might be surprised at what it has to say.

Join us on Thursday nights in the First Christian Church Youth Room for a 6-week journey through Ecclesiastes. Bring a friend!

SWERVE is back in full swing in 2009 for Middle School and High School.

Middle Schoolers will continue to meet on Sunday afternoons at 4:30, while High School stays on Thursday nights at 6:30.

Paul encouraged his friend in ministry with these important words. He understood, even then, that people would rise up to confuse believers. Serpents that would slither up next to those hungry for the truth, and poison them with error.

It is so important for believers, new and old, to know what they believe and why.

Starting Sunday, Sept. 28, High School students are encouraged to meet in the Couch Room at 11am to begin an engaging study on Christian doctrine.

Bring your bibles, a notebook, and a desire to get into some meaty stuff.

Know what you believe...and why!!!

In an effort to be better stewards of the resources given to us, the youth ministry at FCC has begun a massive email collection effort that will cut down on paper and postage as well as streamline communications between our students, parents, and church family.

High School students (grades 9-12) meet every week with an adult leader in various locations for worship, bible teaching, and small group interaction. This is a great place to learn about God with others.

Our vision is to see every student in a CORE group, experiencing accountability, bible study, and fellowship.

THEN CONNECT WITH ROOTS...OUR SUNDAY MORNING MIDDLE SCHOOL SMALL GROUPS!

Middle School students (grades 6-8) meet every Sunday morning in the youth room at 9am for games, worship, bible teaching, and small group interaction. This is a great place to learn about God with others.

We have a great group of adult and student volunteers involved to make this a time your junior higher won’t want to miss!
